Designed in the 'Coach the Coach' format, this monthly plan rolls out weekly workouts that are designed to prevent injuries and increase performance on the rugby pitch. These workouts will be programmed relative to each season of a rugby teams calendar year. For example, in season workouts will be 2-3 workouts per week build around a Saturday game day scenario. On the other hand, off-season conditioning plans will consist of 3-4 workouts per week and focus on getting prepared for the upcoming season.
