High School Football
This monthly plan is designed in the coach the coach format. Each week, a new set of training sessions will be rolled out, designed to prevent injuries and improve athletic performance. These workouts will be programmed relative to each season of a football teams calendar year. For example, in season workouts will be three workouts per week build around a Friday game day scenario. On the other hand, off-season winter conditioning plans will consist of 4-5 workouts per week and focus on getting prepared for the upcoming season.
